Field Sales Manager (FSM)

Field Sales Managers are experienced sales representatives who have achieved minimum career sales marks. They focus on showing CUTCO to new customers and serving existing customers. FSMs earn the highest commission possible and have the opportunity to expand their customer base by representing the company at shows and fairs.

CUTCO Sales Professional (CSP)

CSPs have reached $150,000 in career sales and are recommended for this role by their Region Manager based on their experience, professionalism, and devotion to the business. The CSP position encompasses all the benefits of a Field Sales Manager and may also become a Closing Gift Consultant.

Closing Gift Consultant (CGC)

Work with corporations, organizations, and business professionals to provide CUTCO products as gifts to clients, employees, and vendors. This opportunity is only available to CUTCO Sales Professionals and will allow you to continue your climb up the professional ladder.

Management Path

The Sales Representatives who demonstrate a passion for our business and commitment to personal growth and success will be considered for our coveted management roles.

Assistant Manager (AM)

High-performing sales representatives will be considered for Assistant Manager positions. AMs can work part time or full time to help manage and lead a local office. As an Assistant Manager, you may perform interviews with applicants, go over performance with new reps, and help the district or branch manager with meetings and workshops. You’ll also be expected to maintain consistent personal sales and set an example for others in your office.

Branch Manager

This position is a great opportunity to assess your entrepreneurial skills by taking total responsibility for an office’s performance for a summer. Every year, over 300 Branch Managers take advantage of the Branch Opportunity and manage an office for the summer.

As a Branch Manager, your duties will include:

  • Reviewing assigned territory and organizing office location space
  • Developing a business plan and relationships with local merchants
  • Implementing advertising and sales management strategies
  • Leading an active sales force through interviewing and training

District Manager

This is our core management role. District Managers have demonstrated sales leadership, professionalism, and enthusiasm for the opportunity every step of the way. In this coveted position, you’ll operate a permanent sales office in a specified geographic location and help drive others to success.
